Strong ass pours, just like in Hemingway's day I would presume. The place doesn't look like it has changed very much since the 60's either.

Best dive bar in Ketchum. Such a random (in a great way) and mixed crowd. Had tons of fun and somehow ended up there most of the nights we were in town.....😂

Very popular. There are different games and sometimes live performances. The drinks are a bit expensive. They should share the wifi password with a visible poster inside or something like that.

Best dive bar ever!

Obviously this place is getting a lot of local love! There is no way that this place should be rated 4.6. we walked in here on 4/26/19. We sat at the small buddy bar just feet from the actual bar. 10 minutes go by, no one even acknowledged us. Now I know why the several other bars we visited said that the Casino was the local dive bar. It certainly lived up to its reputation! Two bartenders, only about 10 patrons. These bartenders were to busy watching the NFL draft to lift a finger to help a customer. Yet they catered to they're buddy's sitting at the bar! Sun Valley is a service orientated resort town. This place doesn't even come close to the 4.6 rating that it has. It's really too bad I have to give it a one star!!! Enter at your one risk! Service is absolutely terrible!!! We finally walked out and went across the street to Whiskey Jaques, where the service was great! Employees and management at the Casino should take a few lessons from the neighbors!!!

Came into town for a concert. Had drinks at The Casino before the show. The bar staff/management was very friendly and welcoming. The beer was wonderfully cold and the liquor generously poured and fairly priced. The bar had a nice atmosphere with many friendly patrons and locals, very fun conversations had. And the bar itself is a badass piece of Idaho history. I will definitely be back!

This is where you wanna go. Whiskeys aint it. Pool tables closed out over there, here at the Casino, it's friendly and open. Youll find the old hometown heroes here on a slow night and some fun people on the busy ones. Bartenders got no attitude beside chill if youre not lookin for trouble, and pretentions are low.
